1. Ordering Process:
a. All orders placed through our bridal store are considered binding and final.
b. Any changes or cancellations to orders must be communicated in writing within 24 hours of placing the order.
c. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
2. Pricing and Payment:
a. Prices displayed on our website or in-store do not include applicable taxes.
b. Payment for the order must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment arrangement has been arranged.
c. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
3. Delivery:
a. We strive to deliver your order within the agreed-upon timeframe, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control.
b. Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. c. Any additional costs incurred due to delivery restrictions or changes in delivery address will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Product Descriptions and Availability:
a. We make every effort to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions on our website and in-store.
b. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
c. In the event that a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will offer you alternatives.
5. Exchanges policy:
a. We understand that selecting the perfect bridal attire is important, and we offer a limited exchange policy.
b. Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
c. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels intact. d. Custom-made or altered products are not eligible for exchange, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Refund Policy:
1. Refund Eligibility:
a. Refunds will only be provided in the following circumstances:
i. The product received is significantly different from the product described.
b. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refund Process:
a. To initiate a refund, please contact our manager Kayleigh with details of your order and reason for the refund request by email at
b. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original method of payment.
c. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed and reflected in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
a. Custom-made or altered products are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
b. Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
c. All customers are given the opportunity in store to quality check and complete a final fitting. Once an item has left the store it will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
